The Benue State Statistical year Book provides information and data on various aspect of the socio-economic life of the State, ranging from weather and climate, population, agriculture, education, health, public finance, crime and justice, water, vehicle, legislation and political profile statistics.

The report relies on secondary data provided by Ministries, departments and agencies (MDAs), as well as federal government’s agencies and local government’s areas and higher institutions in the state. The data collected is compiled, analyzed and presented, considering quality control measures to ensure quality data that users can use for evidence-based decision making, planning and other uses.
